Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us within this period and wait for instructions before shipping the item.

Returned products should generally be unused or suitable for inspection, include original parts and accessories, include proof of purchase, and be placed in original protective packaging where reasonably possible.

Small differences in color, finish, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur because of lighting, screen settings, materials, and normal production variation. Minor differences that do not affect use are generally not defects.

Do not automatically send returns to our registered business address. After approval, customer support will provide the correct destination and instructions.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when relevant.

For preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for return-shipping costs. For a confirmed problem attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time.

Exchanges depend on inventory. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
